"Terrible - do not use this agent or State Farm. I have a life insurance policy that they refuse to cancel. I've submitted everything they asked for and am still getting billed and they refuse to refund my premiums. There is no way to cancel this policy online and there is always something "wrong" with my cancelation, which I've been trying to do for 4 months now. Each time there is some minor "issue" and they never reached out to me to resolve it, they just ignore it and keep billing me until I reach out to them again. I have now filed a complaint with the state of Maryland and have to dispute my payments through with my credit card company."
